Certificate of Attendance

Following the conclusion of the event, attendees may download their Certificate of Attendance from their portal. An email notification will also be sent once certificates are ready.

 

Please note: The certificate will only list sessions that offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits and that the attendee scanned into at the event. Please check the summit agenda to see which sessions qualify for CPE credits.

$450 Full Conference, $175 for individual receptions. 
Group Registration At the end of the registration form, click 'Register Another' if you want to register one or more additional attendees and use the same payment method for all.

Note: Each person in your group MUST be registered with their own unique email address. DO NOT use 1 email address to register your group or they will not receive important communications about the Summit.

Are there paid opportunities to work RES? More info on this in Sept.  We do not have a temp company contracted yet so we are not offering PAID opportunities until then.
Volunteer Information You can elect to Volunteer when you register for the Summit. Volunteering is a networking opportunity that also aids NCAIED Staff with event service needs.

If you're interested in being a volunteer, please answer "Yes, I am available to volunteer" to the "Are you interested in volunteering during the conference?" question in your full summit registration form.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing and sent to ncaied@eventpowersupport.com.

Cancellation requests received by 11:59 p.m. PT, Friday, February 5, 2027, will be refunded, minus a US$125 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after 11:59 p.m. PT, Friday, February 5, 2027, will NOT receive a refund. Credit card refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt. Check refunds will be processed four weeks after the conference ends.

Call for Fashion Show / Producer

Call for Fashion Producer (1 Role Available): We are looking for an experienced event/fashion producer to lead the full end-to-end execution of the show. Responsibilities include overseeing stage production, model casting, music curation, backstage flow, and total timeline management to ensure a seamless 60-minute presentation. The producer will work in conjunction with the NCAIED Planning team.

Call for Fashion Designers (4 Roles): We are selecting four featured Native/Indigenous designers to showcase their latest collections on the RES runway. Selected designers will present their work on the runway of the RES Networking Reception and Fashion Show.

  • Approved applicants and their team receive access to the 2027 Indigenous Fashion Show & Networking Reception at Soleia ONLY.
  • Full 2027 RES Summit Registration is NOT included and will need to be purchased separately.
Call for Indigenous Chefs

Application Deadline: October 30, 2026

Applicants will be notified of selection status via email in December 2026.

 

Selected chefs will be provided with:

  • Complimentary Full Summit Registration to RES 2027
  • Standard Hotel Accommodations at Caesars Palace

As a featured chef, you'll work with the world-class Caesars Palace kitchen team to execute your unique appetizers or heavy hors d'oeuvres at scale.

 

Eligibility Highlights:

  • Must be a licensed and insured culinary professional.
  • Must be capable of coaching/directing a Chef representative who will work with Caesars.

Matchmaking / Meetings

How to Register for Buy Native Business Matchmaking Attendees must indicate that they are interested in participating in the Buy Native Business Matchmaking in their registration form. Once they've finalized their registration, they'll be notified via email with a link to where they can register for the separate activity once registration opens.

Buy Native:

The Buy Native Business Matchmaking program is a customized matchmaking program that is available to all buyers and sellers who are registered to attend RES.

RES provides qualified American Indian owned businesses the opportunity to meet one-on-one with federal, state and local government purchasing officials, as well as prime contractors and private sector corporations.

When you have registered for RES 2027, you will receive a link in your confirmation email to register for the "Buy Native" Business Matchmaking platform.

Peer Meetings

Schedule one-on-one meetings with RES attendees through the Summit mobile app: ShoApp. ShoApp will be available to registered attendees one month prior to the Summit.

  • Attendees can search and filter for potential networking matches. Filters will be defined through registration, demographics and custom fields.
  • An attendee can request a meeting with another attendee and select where the meeting will take place.
  • Ability to Confirm Meeting or Decline Meeting.
  • Single view of all my meetings.
  • Additional actions including cancelling, rescheduling, etc are available.

CFP Guidelines & Deadlines
  • Submissions should identify a subject matter expert to serve as the moderator of a panel or the main presenter. 
  • You may only add co-presenters/panelists after a session is approved. This ensures the RES agenda reflects the most current speaker information. The total number of speakers per session may not exceed 5.
  • The submission deadline is Oct 16, 2026 (extended from Oct 9, 2026).
  • We will notify you of the status of your submission by email in December 2026.
