| Meals | Continental breakfast, lunch, and the networking reception are included with registration for participants with a full Summit pass. Active duty government or military registrants have the option to purchase lunch passes. Note: There are many different food options onsite at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and in the surrounding area beyond what is provided at the Summit. However, these food options are not included in registration. |

| Cancellation policy | On or before Friday, August 14, 2026: AFCEA/INSA Intelligence & National Security Summit cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted if the fee is $50 or less. After August 14, 2026, no refunds will be provided. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to IntelSummit@support.eventpower.com. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone. Submission date, if mailed, is based on postmark. |

| Are friendly foreign active military in the USA eligible for the "Military/Gov" reg type and complimentary fee? | Friendly foreign nationals are welcome at the two-day Intelligence & National Security Summit taking place on August 26-27, 2026. Active duty government or military registrants pay the same fee as U.S. active duty military/government. |
| Is summit registration required to attend the Career Fair? |
The career fair is free. A separate registration is required. Register for the career fair here.
