WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO CHECK IN AND GET MY BADGE? You must bring a physical government-issued photo identification. To speed up badge pickup, you are encouraged to show a copy of your "Know Before You Go" email with your unique QR code at the registration and information desk. Note on Mobile Identification: States that accept a mobile driver’s license (mDL) or ID pass in your phone’s digital wallet or third-party app will be acceptable forms of ID at the Investment Summit. Visit the TSA website for guidance on participating states/territories. It is still strongly encouraged to bring a physical copy of your government-issued ID. Are meals included with my registration? Yes, continental breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks are included with registration for participants with a full Investment Summit pass. Breakfast and lunch will be provided Monday and Tuesday. Breakfast will be provided on Wednesday. Note: There are many different food options onsite at the Gaylord National and in the surrounding area beyond what is provided at the Investment Summit. However, these food options are not included in registration. |

Can non-Investment Summit participants join me for on-site meals? No. Non-Investment Summit participants are not able to access Investment Summit spaces as they do not have a badge. If you are interested in dining with non-Investment Summit participants, there are other dining options available both on and offsite. STEP 5: BOOK A HOTEL ROOM SelectUSA has confirmed a block of rooms at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center for approved applicants. Most room blocks are currently USD $276 per day (prevailing Federal Government Per Diem), plus 18% tax per night (state tax, occupancy tax, and local tax). The Resort Fee is waived for all standard rooms under the group reservations. A resort fee will apply for attendees who book outside of the room block. The hotel rates are valid until the room blocks are sold out or until 11:59 PM EDT, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. You will receive information on how to book a hotel room under the SelectUSA room block upon completion of your application. Only approved applicants will be eligible for a hotel room within the SelectUSA Investment Summit room block. The Investment Summit planning team has the right to cancel reservations for declined applicants. Once your hotel room has been booked, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during the hotel booking process from the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. If there are any special requests or changes that need to be noted, please reach out directly to the Gaylord. Please check your spam folder in case a registration confirmation was not received. You can access your confirmation number inside your SelectUSA Investment Summit Portal (as long as you made the reservation through the portal). Transferring Payments The substitute is considered a new applicant and must apply to attend the Investment Summit and be approved by SelectUSA before the funds can be transferred from the already approved registrant. | Will presentation materials be available? | Powerpoints are available for download at the discretion of the presenter. Please keep checking back to to the agenda to see if we receive permission to distribute. Not all presenters will be posting slides to distribute publicly. |
| How do I edit or update my SelectUSA ShoApp profile? |
To edit your SelectUSA ShoApp profile, click your initials/headshot in the upper right corner of the app. Then click the Profile tab and make the necessary changes. Note: Certain fields will be locked and can only be updated by event management.

How do I share my information with other participants? |
To share your business card, you can either scan another participant's badge with the camera feature, or you can view their profile from the Networking page. Scanning another participant's badge will automatically open their profile in the app. To review/update your business card, go to your Profile. Certain fields will be locked and can only be updated by event management. You can preview your business card in the MyBusiness Card section lower on the page. |
| Where do I go to download my Business Cards? | Visit the Business Cards tab. Then click the "Download Cards I Received" button. You have until December 31, 2026 to download your business cards. |
| Can I log in on more than one device? | Yes, you can login to the SelectUSA ShoApp on multiple devices. We recommend logging in on only one device at a time. Logging in on a second device may cause performance issues on the first device. |
| Why are some participants only listed by first name and last initial? | If a participant has not agreed to share their information, their profile will remain truncated. You will not be able to request a meeting with them, but you can share your business card. |
Is there a way for me to see all of my saved sessions and meetings at the same time? |
Yes, to see all of your saved sessions and meetings navigate to the My Calendar tab. This is a one stop shop where you can view your saved sessions, and manage your meetings. |
| Can I save sessions or meetings to my personal calendar, outside of the app? | When you are in the My Calendar view, you can click on the icon in the top right corner of a calendar item. This will give you the option to save the item to your google calendar, or to download an .ics file that can be added to your calendar of choice. |

| Do meetings have a time limit? | Meetings are scheduled in 25 minute increments, followed by a 5 minute break. If you wish to extend a meeting, you will need to book a follow up, or relocate somewhere outside of the Networking area. |
| Can I invite other people from my team to join a meeting? |
Yes, you can add additional team members to a scheduled meeting. Meetings can host up to 6 participants. You will be able to add participants via the My Calendar tab. Click the meeting you want to add attendees to, and then click the Add tab. Note: In order to access the SelectUSA ShoApp, participants must have applied to the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit, received approval, and not have an outstanding balance. |
| How can I block out times when I am unavailable for meetings? | You can manage your available networking times from the My Meetings tab. Click the My Availability button at the top of the page to manage your time. |
| How long do I have to respond to a meeting request? |
Meetings will remain in a "pending" status for a limited amount of time. The time limit will decrease the closer we get to the Investment Summit and will be communicated via email when a meeting is scheduled. If you do not respond to a meeting within the allotted time frame, the meeting will be cancelled. This ensures that meeting slots are not held in a pending status indefinitely, keeping availability open for those still looking to schedule meetings.
Note: Pending meetings will automatically cancel after 1 week. *A week before the event: auto-cancels after 48 hours. *Onsite: auto-cancels after 24 hours

| How do I cancel a Networking Meeting? | To cancel a Networking Meeting, click the My Calendar tab and then the meeting you wish to cancel. Click the “Cancel” (if you are the requester) or "Decline" (if you are the invitee) button. If you cancel or decline a meeting, remember to update your personal calendar as needed. |
