| Cancellation policy | Cancellations received before June 5, 2026 will be issued a refund less a $150 administrative fee per registrant. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrationhelp@nena.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after June 5, 2026. Registrant substitutions from the same organization are permitted at any time at no additional charge. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. |
