Exhibit materials will remain on/under the table overnight.  Electronics will be stored and secured overnight.  Any equipment/supplies removed from the building at the end of the day will not be allowed back into the building.

All exhibit items and electronics must fit or be packaged to fit through a standard-size, airport-type, x-ray scanner. 

The following items are prohibited and will not be permitted inside the NGA:
· Cell Phones
· Wireless/Bluetooth Devices
· Fitbit, Apple Watch, or other fitness tracking devices
· Tile Key Finder or other wireless tracking devices
· Two-Way Pagers
· USB Thumb Drives and any other type of storage device
· Cameras/Camcorders
· Wireless/Photographic Capable PDAs
· Computer Media (Disks, DVDs, CDs, etc.)
· Any Recording Device
· Picture Frame Key Fobs (Recordable)
· Phone/Room Recorders
· MP3 Players/iPods
· Satellite Radio
· Tablets/iPads
· Personal Laptops (Business/Company-owned laptops are permitted if used for exhibit/business/demonstration purposes only) *

* Business/Company-Owned Laptops must not have any wireless capabilities and will be verified by NGA’s Information Security Office prior to entrance into NGA facilities. 

Exhibit Electronic Equipment must be preapproved by NGA. The deadline for submitting details on your electronic equipment is March 9.
