| CE Info | ACNM CEs are accepted for the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) and the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for Obstetric, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nursing. Other professional groups may recognize ACNM CEs as well; non-CNMs/CMs should check with their certifying and licensing agencies. |

Children are not required to pay the guest registration fee and are not permitted in educational sessions. A registered adult must always accompany children. Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit hall. You may arrange childcare service through your hotel’s guest services department. | Badge Information |
Badges are issued based upon the information included on the registration form. Indicate your name as you would like it to appear on your badge. Include CNM, CM, SNM, or other certifications as appropriate. Non-midwives should indicate highest degree or title. Designate the school, hospital, service, organization, or other place of employment as you want it to appear on your badge. If professional title and/or organization are left blank, no designations will appear. Under no circumstance is an attendee with a name badge permitted to give the badge to another individual who is or is not a paid attendee at the meeting. Fraudulently allowing an individual to gain access to events and/or exhibits by using another’s credentials is grounds for immediate removal of all parties from the meeting. Correspondence will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on the registration form. Attendees are always required to show their badge if requested to do so. *Registrants and guests must wear badges to attend all sessions and functions. |
Registration
| Student Registrations |
All student attendees must present valid proof of enrollment or an active student ID at on-site check-in. Please come prepared—failure to provide valid student documentation will result in an additional fee to receive your badge. |
| Guest Passes |
Guest Pass registrations are available for purchase by personal guests of attendees who are not aligned with the midwifery profession. All guests must be registered to attend. Guests may purchase à la carte access to the exhibit hall & midwifery market, as well as ticketed social functions (additional fees apply). Guest Passes are not permitted into education sessions and/or workshops, except for the Awards & Fellows Induction Ceremony. Attendees may register their guest(s) on the last page of the registration form. |
| ACNM Member Discount | Active membership is required to be eligible for the ACNM Member or Student rates. If you are past your membership expiration date, you must renew your membership prior to registering for the Annual Meeting to qualify for the member rate. Adjustments and/or refunds for registration fees will not be given to individuals who register at the non-member rate and later join ACNM. |

| Cancellation Policy | Refunds and cancellations will be assessed as a $100 processing fee. Cancellations and changes for the annual meeting must be made in writing and received by Friday, August 7th, 2026. No refund will be issued after this day. ACNM cannot be made responsible for cancellations due to family emergencies, health-related issues, airline schedule changes or weather conditions. Send refund requests to ACNM@eventpowersupport.com. |
| Does the processing fee apply to activity cancellations? |
For CS:
Full Access Attendee No cancellation fee would be applied for an activity cancellation request. However, if the full-access attendee requests a full cancellation and refund (no longer attending), we would charge a $100 cancellation fee from their total payment, regardless of whether they attended any activities.
Workshop-Only Attendee The cost of the workshop activity is technically the registration fee of a workshop-only attendee. We would apply the $100 cancellation fee to their total payment, even though the revenue is from an activity. |
| Does the refund deadline apply to activity cancellation requests as well? | Yes. |
| Does the ACNM Annual Meeting & Exhibition accept cash or credit cards made onsite in Palm Springs, CA? | To streamline transactions and increase security, ACNM 70th Annual Meeting & Exhibition will NOT accept cash onsite, except for the Midwifery Market. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express for all purchases at the ACNM store and registration desk. Thank you in advance for your understanding. |
| Do I need to sign up for Pre- Conference Workshops? | No Pre- Conference Workshops are a not requirement for registration. |
| Do I need to sign up for the concurrent sessions? | All concurrent sessions are first come, first served. It isn't necessary to add it to your agenda to attend, and you may simply show up. |
