Lead Retrieval CS Response: eventPower is the exclusive provider of Lead Retrieval for the Community Summit North America 2026, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, FL, October 11-15, 2026. To collect and receive your leads, you must use eventPower’s ScanApp, which is available to exhibitors only.

No other app will work with the unique QR codes printed on attendee badges.

Before the event, please confirm that you have selected the correct Lead Retrieval solution.
The Summit App will not work for Lead Retrieval at this Summit. To capture leads, you must download and use eventPower’s Lead Retrieval solution through your portal.

Do not send photos of the badge, attendee names or photos of QR codes. We will not provide leads based on photographs of badges or created lists of names.

By registering for this event, you are confirming you have read and agree to Dynamic Communities, LLC’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Code of Conduct: https://www.dynamiccommunities.com/privacy-policy/ and https://www.summitna.com/code-of-conduct/. You understand that by registering for this event, you are also enrolling in Dynamic Communities Learners’ free membership:

  1. Registration is transferable to another individual if submitted in writing to summitnahelp@dynamiccommunities.com, until the start of the event.
  2. Reservations made up to June 1, 2026, are eligible for:
    • Transfer to a colleague or team member or apply to Community Summit 2027.
    • Refunds on cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, August 12, 2026. They will receive the refund 30 days after the request, less the $100 service charge. Credit card and financial transaction fees charged by third parties are not refundable. No refunds will be issued after 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 12, 2026, or to those who are a no-show at the event.
  3. Reservations made on June 1, 2026, and beyond are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a colleague or team member or applied to Community Summit 2027.
  4. Virtual registration (if offered) may be upgraded to an in-person registration if you pay the difference between the virtual and the in-person registration fee.
  5. Cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted to summitnahelp@dynamiccommunities.com. Changes or refund requests should be made in writing by email by the registrant or the credit card holder.
  6. If the original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the used credit card.
  7. Registrations purchased with a company credit card, or reimbursed to an employee, can only be transferred within the company, unless written permission is given by the purchasing company to release the registration.
