| Cancellation Policy | If you are unable to attend the RETA-RSES Annual Conference, please review the following cancellation and refund guidelines: Refund Requests Written refund requests must be received by RETA-RSES Headquarters at Conference@reta.org. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed. A cancellation fee applies to all refund requests received if awarded. Transfer Policy Conference registrations are transferable to a new, unregistered attendee. All transfers require prior arrangement and approval. A processing fee applies to all substitutions or transfers. If the registration is transferred to a non-member, the conference fee will be adjusted accordingly. Non-Refundable Fees, NO EXCEPTIONS Fees for the following programs are non-refundable: CARO CARO Presented in Spanish CIRO CRES CRST IIAR Train the Trainer HVACR-1 Conference Format Change If RETA-RSES cancels the in-person conference and transitions to a virtual format, 100% of all registration fees will be refunded. |
