Dress code	Military Attendees: Uniform of the Day is OCPs Civilian/Industry/Contractor: Business Casual Note: While it is extremely hot outside, hotel conference centers are heavily air-conditioned. We recommend bringing a light fleece or jacket for the briefing rooms. All attendees of the Symposium must wear their badge at all times to gain access into the Symposium.
Are the sessions being live-streamed and available virtually?	Due to security updates and briefings being classified, OACCS will no longer be streaming or recording sessions.
CE Information	IAW Executive Order 14222 Department of Government Efficiency Cost Efficiency Initiative, OACCS attendance falls under category #2 military training by providing AFSC positional requirements for Continual Education Units (CEUs)

Will there be a free shuttle that will take attendees from the airport to the Sheraton and back?	Yes. An airport map can be found HERE and an airport directory can be found HERE for your reference, showing the layout of the terminals and transit routes. Airport Shuttle (For Attendees without Rental Cars): A complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Hours of Operation: The shuttle will run continuously from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM MST on peak travel days (Sunday, 26 July & Thursday, 30 July). Frequency: Shuttles will depart the pickup point at the top (:00) and bottom (:30) of every hour. Arrival Pickup: Upon arrival, please make your way to Terminal 4. The shuttle pickup point is at the Terminal 4 Charter Bus loading area (as shown on the attached airport map). Please look for the Military Blue Buses. Navigating PHX: If your airline arrives at Terminal 3, you can use the free PHX Sky Train® to easily connect to Terminal 4. Return Service: Details on the return shuttle schedule back to PHX will be provided at the OACCS registration and check-in desk.
Meals	Meals are not provided. For dining options within walking distance, please refer to the Local Restaurants page in the ShoApp. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water will be available.
